At Metro Therapy Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics Company, we believe that strong partnerships are the cornerstone of successful outcomes for the children we serve. We are incredibly proud of the collaborative relationships we’ve built with school districts on Long Island, and we recently had the opportunity to gauge the strength of these connections through our annual customer satisfaction survey. The results are in, and they speak volumes about the dedication of our team and the value we place on supporting our school district partners.

• 100% Satisfaction with Services: We are incredibly proud to report that 100% of our surveyed school districts expressed satisfaction with the services they are receiving from Metro Therapy! This outstanding result reflects our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, impactful therapy services that meet the unique needs of each student and district.

• Exceptional Service Coordination: Our service coordinators are the backbone of our operational support, ensuring seamless communication and efficient delivery of services. We were delighted to see that 77.78% of respondents indicated their service coordinator exceeds their expectations, with the remaining 22.22% stating they meet their expectations. This demonstrates the consistent dedication and proactive approach of our coordination team.

• Timely and Responsive Administrative Support: We understand that efficient administrative processes are crucial for our school district partners. We are pleased that 88.89% of districts reported that their administrative needs are met or exceeded on a timely basis. This affirms our commitment to providing responsive and reliable support, allowing districts to focus on their core mission of educating students.

• IEP Excellence: When working with students, it is critical to adhere to their Individualized Education Program (IEP).  This is a document that outlines a student’s educational needs and goals.  100% of respondents said that the therapists assigned to their school district are fulfilling their student’s IEP goals on a timely basis.  We work to meet the students' needs each day and tailor their learning and therapy needs to best service them. 

These results are more than just numbers; they are a testament to the strong, collaborative relationships we've fostered with our school district partners. We recognize that our success is intrinsically linked to yours, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us.
